Max Kline
I studied Mechanical Engineering Technology with a certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Purdue University. Over the course of my academic journey, I have gained hands-on experience through a three-semester co-op at A Tenneco Powertrain (Federal-Mogul) plant, where I lead mechanical engineering projects to support the floor operation.
My expertise is solving mechanical problems. I am both mechanically and artistically creative, have experience getting industrial hardware fabricated, and have experience working with external suppliers to manufacture specific hardware. Furthermore, I have experience utilizing rapid prototyping to effectively design projects, and manufacturing utilizing different CNC machine types. Additionally, I have lots of experience designing and manufacturing projects using CAD, CAM, mechanical drawings, and FEA. Correspondingly, I'm comfortable using any CAD software.
This portfolio presents professional and personal projects designed in NX and Inventor, recommendations from colleagues from my co-op at Tenneco, and my resume.
